Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before your order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I return my order?
Eligible fashion and gadget products can generally be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Beauty and personal-care products are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
